My special guest is Heather Mattner, co-author of "Better Birth", who has an extensive background in midwifery, maternal and infant health, and is also a psychologist.
Heather tells us all about what it means to have an "unaffected" birth, what natural birth is, home birthing, and so much more. She shares how mindfulness can be an invaluable skill to learn that can help in pregnancy, during labour, and after birth as a women is learning how to be a mum.
