Hi, I'm your Ways to Wellbeing radio host Miriam Henke, health psychologist and life coach, with a passion for integrative medicine and mind-body healing. Ways to Wellbeing is all about exploring ALL the different ways to wellbeing, health and happiness.

Today's episode I am joined by Bridget Hogg, to discuss how to enhance psychological wellbeing, & how this can have flow on benefits.

Bridget Hogg specialises in creating wellbeing at work – & improving wellbeing in those seeking their next job role. She is Principal Consultant of HR Development at Work – Adelaide’s attraction, retention and change management consultancy. Bridget offers Resilience at Work strengths coaching using the RAW scale (developed and benchmarked in Australia) and runs wellbeing workshops and programs which improve psychological wellbeing. Bridget is a Practitioner of NLP and neuro-semantics, with a background in psychology (BSc Hons, MSc), and postgraduate qualifications in management and marketing.
