Growing In God - A Call to Maturity

"So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don't need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God. - Hebrews 6:1

The Church today is caught up in the same snare as the early Church. When we move from being led by the Spirit ot relying on what he did yesterday, we tend to manufacture a pattern that leaves God out of the picture and puts man and his agenda at the center. This is how the enemies of religion, tradition and false teaching get a foothold and eventually take over the Church. The writer of Hebrew's cautions the people of God about this very thing and admonishes them to move forward in the things of God.
