Tammy & Kenny Potts the Mom & The Son

My name is Tammy Potts, our lives changed on July 24, 2008. That is the day our son Kenny broke his neck and began his journey on recovering from his C-5 spinal cord injury. With no guidance or a reference book to go by, we chose to follow our guts by believing in Kenny's prior physical abilities and strong will, we know he will conquer this injury and prove all of his American Medical team wrong.  

With  2 trips to Cologne, Germany for stem cell therapy/treatment, hundreds of hours of physical/occupational therapy, Acupuncture and Chiropractic care.  All while being free of prescription medications, Kenny has set forth a path for others to follow.

My name is Kenny Potts, I love the feeling of being free and a great adrenaline rush. I worked as a apprentice roofer. I loved being up high and working outdoors in the sun. On July  28, 2008, I set out to relieve some stress, but instead of returning home, I found myself bring rushed to the hospital after a simple motocross crash. After that moment, my mom and I knew that we would be helping others, by our spiritual and holistic methods of therapies that have helped me continue my recovery.  
I have continued these therapies that my doctors in Germany have set in motion, along with staying positive and focused on a full recovery.
I've been told that I would never eat or breath on my own. My muscles would never return.... I would be in an electric wheelchair. I have never excepted those words and never will.
