Our guest tonight is Mr. R.W. Bray. Mr. Bray is the African American Director of Engagement for the Republican Party. Mr. Bray as the Director of Black Engagement, is building and maintaining excellent constitutient relations, encouraging civic participation amongst people of color, being responsible for defining and re-defining the experience and opinions of voters and future voters. 

The first state Republican convention was held in Houston on July 04, 1867, and was predominantly African American in composition , with about 150 Black men and 20 White men. R.W. Bray will be "Lifting The Veil Off Of The Political Parties this show, and he feels that the time for a second Reconstruction in the State of Texas is now!
