Our Guest Today: Terry Basile

Terry Basile is a licensed MFT and has worked for over 35 years with children and families. In her work with teenagers she became aware of the limited feelings vocabulary taught to children that effects their emotional development. Her book Let's Color Your Feelings! was developed to give parents the tools and this natural platform to share with their children. The book uses color, charming illustrations and clear directions on how to engage and promote your child's feeling expression.

 In addition to this book Terry is an author in the most recent Wake Up Women series and is in private practice in Chico, CA. She is formerly a director of Parent Education Network, Head Start and First Five.
