TEENPRENUERS Where TEENS connect

Teens connect is now on Everey Saturday beginning @ 12pm. The show is now growing and we have 3 programs now. Our new schedule on Saturday take off with 14 year old YOUNG ME with TAKING IT UP A NOTCH here where TEENS CONNECT. HEY Parents!!! Listen up we have an announcement to make! Yes, us TEENS. PS.29 located @ 425 Henry St. in Brooklyn , New York 11201 Students will stand out and speak against BIG TOBACCO. It's ime for KICK BUTTS DAY, Wednesday, May 6th, 2009, 1:10pm-2:50pm in the school yard (The rain date is Friday, May 8, th, 2009. KICK BUTTS DAY (KBD) is an annual celebration of youth advocacy, leadership and activisim in the fighht against tobacco companies. It is a day which thousands of kids stand up against BIG TOBACCO and adults stand up for kids. KICK BUTTS DAY rallies and events take place in all 50 states and even across the globe, proving that kida are powerful voices in the fight against TOBACCO. Despite the TOBACCO companies promises to leave kids alone, BIG TOBACCO still seems to be targeting kids. OUR 4th and 5th graders will be demonstrating their leadership and activism against TOBACCO companies by participating in an -TOBACCO TRACK MEET. PARENTS, family and friends are encouraged to attend. TO participate in this event, your child need a plain white T-shirt. Children will be designing their own T-shirts for this event with their classroom teacher.
