    VSPN 5/21 Show Review and Thank you's

    Wow, what a show.  I can't begin to tell you all how much fun that was.

    I want to extend a big thank you to all the guests and listeners, and especially Carlos.

    Kenny Hilliard was a very nice, soft spoken young men.  Contrary to written articles, you could hear Kenny has a lot of interest and hear what he has to say about visiting.

    Marlon Walls was an interview for the ages.  I can't even describe it, just listen to it.

    Kevin Revis, another life long Vol fan and nice young man, shared his feelings on getting to live his dream and what he's doing to prepare for UT.

    Thank you to Chad Simmons, James Bryant and James Newman for all joining us and sharing their thoughts on the goings on in the recruiting world and helping us get to know Bruce Irvin the player better, since Chad's seen a lot of him.  Listen to the show and hear Chad's sleepers for UT and James' surprise prediction.

    I want to say thank you to Volquest.com for allowing me to start and advertise the show on the message board for so long.  I hope the presence of the show has provided an extra benefit for the members of the site.

    I want to encourage everyone who follows the show to sign up for email reminders on BTR or bookmark the page, as I won't be advertising the show on the GQ any longer.  As I said, I appreciate the time I've been allowed to do so, but I feel like it's time to let the show stand on it's own.  I don't like the idea that folks think I'm leaching off Brent or anyone else and pitting sites against one another, and I don't know that that feeling isn't shared by many.  I have been and will continue to be dedicated to bringing the best information possible, and conflict isn't a part of that.

    If you want to bookmark the show, just go to the website and do so.  I look forward to hopefully seeing all of my regulars and more in the future.

    Hey everyone, we'll be back on Thursday night at 9 PM EST for another hour long show.

    This week's featured guests are 4* Signee Darren Myles, Jr and 3*, and newest Vol, Daniel Hood from Knox Catholic. 

    I may be adding more as the week goes on, but it'll be one more at the most. I know the Hood topic is a hot one, it's emotional, but on my show, we are going to talk to Daniel about the great opportunity he has in front of him and what he's gone through to make this happen.

    Thank yous and Show Review for 4/30

    First, as always, thank you to BRAJ/VQ for letting us talk about the show on here. Also, I apologize Coach Chaney wasn't able to make it, we hope to have him next week. He's very, very busy trying to get a QB on the west coast tonight.

    That was a really fun show! Thank you to Rae Sykes for calling in. He had a lot of great info for us on practice and the new staff, also we got to know Rae a little better as a person and he sounds like a great young man and UT is lucky to have him.

    Also, Cam Clemmons joined us for a bit. He was a very intelligent, well spoken young man who seems to light up when you mention UT, but is smart enough to keep all his options open and take some visits. Listen to the show to hear what I'm talking about first hand.

    And Bryce Brown continues to impress me. He's a level headed young man who is just the polar opposite of what some media portrayed him as. He talked about his arrival date, his number and the RBs in our interview.

    Thanks as always to Los, he carries the show! Thank you to all the listeners, some great questions came from the chat room and I tried to get to all of them I could.
