What is life coaching? Do I need it? Do I want it? How do I know if it'll help me?
Chances are, you've already benefitted in some way from a coach - whether it was a football coach, a dance coach, a basketball coach or a voice coach. Life coaching is much the same - the goal is to help you be the BEST you can be. Join me, Kim Black, Certified Professional Coach, as I discuss the various types of life coaches and the three questions to ask yourself to determine if you'd benefit from one.
WHO I AM - I'm the founder of Kim Black Coaching (www.kimblackcoaching.com). With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I know what it takes to climb the corporate ladder. I've experienced my fair share of trials and tribulations – from the guy who said I'd never be more than a secretary, the woman who said that without a college education, I'd never get anywhere, or the man who told me that I had to choose between being a mother and a high performer. I proved them ALL wrong.
WHY I COACH - Plain and simple - I coach because it's my passion. I work with women who want to advance their careers. I help them develop the skills to navigate the corporate jungle, allowing them to achieve their goals and claim their seat at the executive table. To find out more, contact me @ email@example.com.
