The Voice of Change welcomes Suzanne Murray. Today Suzanne will be speaking on the joy and deep benefits one receives from spending time in nature.  Every culture on earth has nature based rituals that allow access to our deeper Self. The great mystics throughout time all sought a connection to Nature to deepen their own sense of the Oneness. An increased sense of connection to ourselves and the world is just one benefit of spending time in Nature. More recently modern medicine has found that time in Nature has positive effects on our physical and emotional health and in the treatment of illness. In this program Suzanne Murray will talk about how her lifelong connection to Nature has enriched her life and how it can enhance yours. She will share ways you can enjoy Nature to improve your health, creativity and mind/body/spirit integration.

Suzanne Murray is a gifted empowerment and creativity coach, EFT practitioner, intuitive healer and writer with deep ties to Nature and the wisdom of the Earth. She has been going camping and exploring the natural world since she was a small child. With a degree in Biology she has worked for the National Park Service and lived for eight years in the Alaskan wilderness. Her close relationship to Nature has given her an instinctive awareness of the Oneness of all things.
