Welcome to the Voice of Change!  Have you noticed that the energies are very strong these days. Day by day I feel the energies increasing and I actually need to take time to adjust  and ask, "What am I being called to do right now?"    I was guided to offer 21 days of EFT for change, and it has been a wonderful 21 days!  I hope you've enjoyed taking time to be with yourself and focus on the releasing of negative emotions and the acceptance of your true nature...of love, peace and compassion and much more!

Today we'll Welcome the New during our program and tap out the release of the old.  This will include acceptance of the moment with openness as well as accepting the mystery in the moment!

EFT is the work of Gary Craig who is passionate about helping people feel better and heal physical and emotional pain issues. It's very similar to acupuncture, however, without the needles.  You tap various places on your body with your finger tips to release unwanted negative emotions as well as physical pain and discomfort.

I invite you to tune in and try it out...see if it is right for you.

Day 21: Welcoming the New

Although thousands of EFT practitioners from all around the globe have witnessed many examples of change and healing from anger, hurt, rage, guilt and resentment, EFT techniques should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical and psychiatric care and should always be used in conjunction with medical consultation and intervention. Sharon Ann Wikoff holds two EFT certificates, the EFT-CC and the EFT-ADV.  She has found it to be a powerful technique for clients and herself.
