Today, we'll use EFT to release negative past experiences about holidays..and to tap in more JOY for the holiday experience. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is the work of Gary Craig who is passionate about helping people feel better and heal physical and emotional pain issues. It's very similar to acupuncture, however, without the needles. You tap various places on your body with your finger tips to release unwanted negative emotions as well as physical pain and discomfort. Although thousands of EFT practitioners from all around the globe have witnessed many examples of change and healing from anger, hurt, rage, guilt and resentment, EFT techniques should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical and psychiatric care. She has found it to be a powerful technique for clients and herself.
