    Hi listeners!  Seems as if my problems with my call in line continued through the end of the year.  It was difficult to conduct shows while in Hawaii and not able to use my computer setup here in Colorado.  But - I am back tomorrow with a new show and a new segment from Kevin Schilz as well.  I'm excited about 2009 as I work to lose weight, add segments to my show including music and interviews, more segments from guests and input from readers and local residents.  Join me at 12:00 pm Mountain Time on January 5, 2009!
