Welcome to Business Black Belt Radio!

Each week I interview an investor, an expert in business development, financing, marketing or management, or an entrepreneur who offers some keen insights into building your business...

Karima Zaki comes to the table with 20 years plus in the Hotel industry. Knowing early on she aspired to a position of leadership she set her sights on becoming a General Manager, despite the fact that there were no female GM's in the country with any major hotel group at the time. In addition to serving as General Manager, Karima earned positions of larger responsibility such as Area Vice President and Vice President of Development for Hilton Hotels.  Throughout her career she also held positions with leading  industry icons such as Hyatt, Princess Cruises and Resorts and Disney's Hotel Division

Karima is well versed in the Spa industry, guiding initiatives in areas of feasibility studies, reviewing and approving management contracts, creating concepts and opening new Spas in existing and new-build hotels.
