On the second episode on 7/21/13, we looked at health reasons for walking, how to get started actually walking regularly, ideal schedule for a newbie, the proper technique for walking, plus specific warm up and cool down exercises.
On last week's episode on 7/28/13, we looked at the healthy pace for walking, sme challenges that may arise and how to deal with them, how much water to drink, water vs sports drinks, how to stay cool on a hot day, and finally, strategies to prevent and/or deal with those pesky blisters.
This week we'll be exploring myths about walking, the best walking shoes plus timely tips, value of walking poles, some walking products that ARE NOT reommended, plus a couple of important strategies to wrap up this in depth series on walking for peak health.
