Many colleges and universities attempt to build upon the character and accomplishments of a great president, provost, renown faculty, or even a long standing prestigious brand name.  However, from a student’s perspective, the most effective colleges and universities that impact every student, a campus, a city, a state, and  even a nation are those who have a team approach to addressing the real student completion agenda.  The team of President Timothy Hall and Provost Tristan Denley have made national news over the last two years as they have aggressively and purposefully teamed up with an entire campus to develop innovative approaches to helping every student succeed.  Austin Peay State University has been featured in the New York Times,  The Chronicle of Higher Education,  Campus Technology, and EDUCAUSE Quarterly, and won numerous awards on the results of graduating and placing students in the workforce.
