    Virtual Fitness FABB will air in just 25 minutes!

    So, I've scheduled a bunch of shows. I have special guests wanting to be on my show. And I have special people listening to my shows! (And that would be you.) Please tell people who have a Wii to tune into this show. This show is really for Wii owners who see the potential of what they have purchased. The Wii is such a great invention and serves such a variety of purposes all in one neat little cute package!

    I'm really hitting my stride in this broadcasting business. Now, I'm not a professional broadcaster however as a fitness instructor I do have the gift of gab. I can talk like a DJ and used to during all my group fitness classes. I would talk with the beat b/c it's all about the beat isn't it?

    If I'm not talking about something you want to hear, then you call in and talk about it. I love everyone who calls my show, even you Kramer!
