  That was fun! I just love BT[r]R ([reality]). In just an hour or less I scheduled my show segments for a month and uploaded some info and answered messages and everything effortlessly. And then I aired my just-scheduled show! That is how easy BTR is to use. Penda, Goddess of Virtual Fitness FABB hereby bestows BTR with the FABB Seal of Approval!!! BTR joins such lustrious winners of the FABB SoA as the Wii Console by Nintendo.
  
  The Virtual Fitness FABB (For Absolute Beginners and Boomers)  Seal of Approval (VFF SoA)  is created to evaluate software titles for the Wii as to how suitable the title is for a Virtual Fitness FABB workout experience. It will indicate on a scale of 1 through 10 (1 being a couch potato) to 10 (being the perfect fun and fitness experience) whether this would be a good title pick for the person who loves to workout with her Wii. The gold standard upon which every title will be measured is Wii Sports, Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party and Wii Fit. I'll explain why these are the gold standard but not right this minute.
