Carmen MacDougall hosts a series of inspirational and education shows to support the Savvy Virtual Assistant who wants to take his/her business to the higher level. Carmen set up her own successful VA business in 1999 and sold it three years later to concentrate on the VA training. She then relaunched her VA business, Smart-Sec to fill the gap in providing top quality business growth support for creative entrepreneurs with business partner Alex Stone. She is also an author of What it Takes to be a Remarkable VA and How to Kick Start Your VA Business. Carmen is an NLP Master Business and Confidence Coach, a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Carmen is also Founder and President of the UK's only National VA Conference and Awards which has been going strong since April 2007.
