As a small business owner, you have more than enough on your plate to worry about. The last thing that's on your mind is making sure everyone gets along and plays nice with others. Diversity is usually one of those issues that only big companies have to worry about, right? Because after all, your business is too small to measure on the EEOC radar and you can hire and fire anyone you want since it's your company. Well, wrong!

Your employees represent you and whether in front of your customers or participating in a conference, they must know and understand the codes of conduct. While we should be living in a progressive country, there are still a lot of issues of gender and racial discrimination. Now is the perfect time for a teaching & learning moment to ensure your company isn't caught up in scandal or wrong doing.

Join me and my guest as we discuss strategies to build a more inclusive and tolerant work environment, and how to deal with circumstances that arise as a result of something your employees have done.
