There's a fine line between selfish bragging and being proud of your value. Everyone is entitled to feel good about themselves and their accomplishments. But what happens when not so successful people give you flack for rightfully being proud of what you've accomplished? Is it acceptable to promote yourself, talk about what you've done, or share your success? Society loves to dictate how other people should share their story so that it makes them feel better. But I say, as long as it's done humbly and responsibly with a message of motivation and inspiration, there is nothing wrong with sharing your success to encourage others to go for their dreams. Never dim your light just because others' don't shine.

Join my guest and I as we examine why and how people should be honest and bold enough to share their stories. We'll also talk about ways you can share your success without making others feel bad. Feel free to tweet your questions and comments to @talentdiva using hashtag #realtalk, email your questions to info@empowerme.org or join our conversation on the chat room.
