The job search can be a frustrating experience no matter where you are in your career. Oftentimes, job-seekers can feel like, to recruiters, they are nothing more than just another application. In this unstable economy, silence from a company is big slap in the face. Candidates are frustrated that they are not getting communication from recruiters, and they want answers. Recruiters are frustrated because they feel overwhelmed by the number of candidates that apply each day, and feel they can't respond to everyone.
