Black Women Know Tech

Women of Color, particularly Black Women in technology are often an afterthought in the ongoing fight to bring more recognition to Women in the technology space. There are blogs about it, podcasts, and heated discussions about the lack of representation in the tech space. And as a Recruiter, I often hear clients say they simply cannot find talented women of color for tech roles within the company. I say it's a poor cop out. Join me as I speak with my guests Chris Curtis and Shireen Mitchell, two women who personify technology, about how to bring more spotlight to Black Women in technology, and how they can position themselves to be found, acknowledged and included....and not just as end users but as producers and developers!
