Shifting Gears

Leadership comes in all shapes and sizes.  For the entrepreneur there comes a time when big decisions need to be made - a pivotal role in leadership.  For Gerri Kier it was making a decision to change professions from a booming business as a Photographer to become a Nutrition Consultant after a health issue left her with few options.

Gerri will share with us her journey in leaving behind her passion for photography as she accepted her physical limitations.  She will also share how she started a non-profit in 2008, Educated Elevated.  A passion deep in her heart of working with educating children in third world countries.
