Tino Lerma is an industry leader with over 17 years of experience in clinical protocol development, basic and advanced educational program implementation, and technical skills testing for the clinical, medical esthetic, spa, medical spa, massage therapy and wellness industries. Mr. Lerma is a founding member of The International Medical Spa Association, named a Five Star Esthetician® by Skin Inc. Magazine, and awarded The “AAEA Future Legend in the Making Award” at the 8^th Annual American Aestheticians Education Association National Convention for his dedication in teaching. He is quintuple licensed in the field of esthetics, massage therapy and advanced education. Following 10 years of national medical esthetic education, Mr. Lerma joined Pevonia International, LLC. For the past 6 years, he has served as the company’s Medical Esthetic Educator and Global Corporate Trainer. Mr. Lerma has traveled extensively teaching in over 80 countries and sharing his passion for the spa wellness industry.
