V.O.I.C.E. of the People - New Year's REVELATIONS

V.O.I.C.E. of the People (Voices of Individual Creative Expression) is the debut radio segment produced by REAL TALK RADIO. V.O.I.C.E. is a 90 minute live broadcast scheduled to run every Sunday evening at 11:00PM. Our aim is to create a radio show that will transcend demographic by providing an interactive platform that could potentially engage a worldwide audience. Every show will be focused on either a guest (spoken word artist, R&B/Neo-Soul Artists, motivational speakers, authors, playwrights, philanthropists, etc) or a discussion topic. Music (soul, R&B, neo-soul, hip hop soul) will be played during the show and listeners will be able to call in and question guests, engage in discussions, request music, send shoutouts, promote themselves, and even perform live on air! Guest will range from local and upcoming artist, to international and A-list celebrities, but the underlying theme of every show will be to promote positivity, inspiration, creative freedom, and success. In order to keep this segment appropriate for all ages, REAL TALK RADIO will strictly limit the amount of profanity and sexual content allowed to be broadcast on V.O.I.C.E.. In essence, this show will live up to its name by giving a voice to any individual with a passion for creative expression.

It's 2009 and "New Year's Resolutions" are obsolete. Why make the same empty promises to yourself for yet another year, only to have forgotten about them by spring time??? From now on, we as a people should be focusing on "New Year's REVELATIONS". In order to truly follow through with your "Resolution", you must have a Revelation. You must look back on last year, figure out what you did (or didn't do), and make your "Resolution" not based on what you want, but what you need to DO DIFFERENTLY this year. Without this "Revelation", or realizing what must be changed, you will once again make empty promises to yourself that will never be fulfilled.
