Veritable Cornucopia  

I just realized once I got back from Vegas that OMG, my parents' 43rd wedding anniversary was this past week. Not to mention my baby (all 6'4" of him) brother's birthday. Oh, and a dear friend is coming into town. He's moving literally across the country from Atlanta and Portland to be with his new boyfriend. Didn't see that one coming, did you? Oh, and another soiree' I have to go to, too. Social lives are great when you're 15, but when you're in your 40s, it's like, "do I have to go???" Especially when the Cowboys are seeking revenge against the Bloody Vikings...all together now: SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM!!! See how I worked in a Monty Python reference along with the Dallas Cowboys all in one sentence? I am constantly amazed by myself...literally by myself as in just me.

Anyway, it will be super seeing my friend and meeting his BF, but it's a bit bittersweet because I had just gotten used to the old one! We straight people take a longer time to adjust, I reckon.

 In the meantime, check out some of those old shows I've done, take notes, and when Cary and I come back from the abyss we'll be fresh as a daisy and ready to take on the madness that is this world today.

I had a very good show planned for this afternoon, but I just got back from Las Vegas and my arms are tired...ha. No, but seriously. I literally just walked through the door and collapsed in my chair in front of the computer for the first time in almost a week. Sorry to disappoint my fan(s).
