If you ladies on the show CLAIM to be of the Christian faith then should it not be of greater importance that the man you marry also be Christians and share common core values with you above being of the same country and tribe?

...And if a woman does find that man who meets all of her requirements there's no guarantee she will meet all of HIS requirements. And I have yet to hear the ladies speak of what THEY have to bring to the table when it comes to a committed relationship.
...If a Nigerian woman in North America only wants to marry a Nigerian man of the same faith, same tribe, a specific age range, of a specific income and academic education level, specific character and personality traits, etc then she needs to be at peace with the fact that she may NOT find such a man where she lives...
I respect the position of the Nigerian women on this show who want to marry Nigerian men, but I feel zero sympathy for them... Part of being a grown man or woman is the ability and willingness to face and humbly accept the consequences of once's decisions.

I am currently in a multicultural relationship---my girlfriend is black American and I'm from Haiti. Of course to most Americans they can't see the multicultural aspect because we're both black, but the difference in culture and upbringing does cause some challenges and communication hurdles at times.
