On this episode of The VDown with Michael V, we have Steve Langer one half of the Boston Bad Boys, from Team Langer Fitness. A Massachusetts native, Steve, much like wrestling legend "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, started his wrestling career at 15 years old. He tore his ACL at 16, but continued his wrestling career for a total of two decades before hanging it up. He then built weight up due to lack of drive and lingering knee issues topping out at 375 lbs. In February of 2013, Steve found help when a close friend introduced him to DDP Yoga and one year later began his certification process for DDP Yoga and was recently presented with his certification by Dallas Page at the Boston Health and Fitness Expo.
