Negative Thinking - Becoming Aware of the Habits.

It has been estimated that the human mind creates more than 70,000 thoughts every day. It has been estimated that more than 85% of those thoughts are negative.

A person who dwells on negative thinking becomes more depressed, bitter, unhappy, and frustrated every day. And then wonders why their life is so miserable.

All thinking patterns can be changed. Even the negative ones. Your future thinking is like a magnet pulling your thoughts in directions which match the feelings attached to the thought. Unfortunately, most people are focusing their thoughts on what they don't want, and all the not enough's in their life, and letting the habits of the past get in the way of conscious creation.
