When you think, say and act out of a negative concept such as "I'll never be able to do that", you place tremendous creative energy into motion. Without learning and experiencing, you never upgrade your neural pathways; this is keeping you in survival and is not evolving your brain. If you are having the same feelings every day, this means you're not having any new experiences. To change your brain is to change your future. Today we will discuss Dr Joe Dispenza's book 'Evolve your Brain'. Dr Dispenza says "It is where we place our attention and what we place our attention that maps the very course of our state of being." Evolve your Brain explores how the brain learns, how it processes information, and when it isn't stimulated it becomes addicted to comfortable familiar patterns. By using your Awareness of Thoughts and Awareness of the Feeling attached to your thought, you can start to clear unconscious blocks, or limiting beliefs.
