Supt. Douglas at the Ed Committee Hearing on 2/26/15 surrender the authority over staffers to a Gov. Appointed Board, this is unfortunately what I expected.  I spoke with Douglas before she decided to run and she said the Supt. had no real power, I responded you have what you'll use, so suppose she's making her understanding come true, my comments on air.  Vans programs consist mainly on Political Issues and his Comments on them.
