Vampirologist

I am a trained and seasoned researcher of the arcane, the paranormal, and especially those dark areas of humanity where few dare to venture, namely vampirism and demonolatry. I am much travelled and have increased my knowledge exponentially by meeting the most brilliant minds in the fields where I study. What I have found, sadly, is a marked increase at the other end of the scale; namely those who profess to hold expertise while in reality are found to be poorly educated amateurs with an eye on little more than publicity and self-aggrandisement. I despair of such buffoons and fear they lead people astray in an already difficult area of the unknown which is fraught with immense danger.
