I agree, Technocracy Inc.'s plan was not that different from that of Jacque Fresco. The differences lie in the structuring of the administrative functions, and in the general methods of resource/energy accounting.

Technocracy Incorporated (1934), may have been the first integrated membership organization in the United States. Not sure why J. Fresco would want to make this inference of race issues. Fresco pretty much got his understanding of the basics of his thinking from Technocracy Incorporated where he was a member. Making up a story about racism is not really cool. He seems to still be in competition with Howard Scott.

I am sorry but that was not an accurate presentation of Technocracy technate design, or energy accounting. energy accounting is an accounting system to keep track of resources in regard to environment and population. There is not much connection to what you were saying. The Technical Alliance... fore-runner of Technocracy Incorporated was completely integrated and that was starting in 1918.
