Alijandra welcomes Meadow Linn, co-author with her mother, Denise Linn, of The Mystic Cookbook: The Secret Alchemy of Food.
Meadow is a speaker, writer, and chef. A gourmet from birth, Meadow created her first dish when she was three years old.
Meadow is the daughter of Denise Linn, world-renowned healer and teacher. When she was 18 years old, Meadow, a self-taught chef and lover of all things edible, started catering her mother’s retreats, which she’s been doing ever since.
Meadow writes a blog called, Savor the Day, which is about life, love, and good food. She’s the co-author of Quest: A Guide for Creating Your Own Vision Quest and The Mystic Cookbook: The Secret Alchemy of Food. Her articles appear frequently in The Seattle Chinese Times and she’s a contributing writer to In Spirit magazine. Meadow finds great relaxation and solace behind the lens of her camera. Her photographs have been recognized both at the state and national level.
