Patrick is an author, Happiness Coach for Kids and Parents, and a speaker on the science of happiness as it pertains to children and parenting. He is the co-founder of HappierKidsNow.com and has authored “An Exercise in Happiness,” an emotional fitness program for children in the 3rd to 5th grade, which is used in classrooms and homes around the world. Patrick was a stay-at-home dad for over seven years, and for the past three years a single dad living in Colorado with his two boys.
