After years of failure, my life works, therefore I live by the motto "Do more of what works and less of what doesn't". Your host for this broadcast is Therese Daniels who is non partison patriot who believes in America as a Republic under the rule of law of the US Constitution. I consider the Constitution one of the finest documents ever written by man. It is the legal foundation that made America great. Because Barry Sotoero, aka Barack Obama failed to meet one of the three requirements to be eligible to be President, he is a usurper and an imposter. Because the US Supreme Court, Congress, and the Senate failed to uphold the Constituion of the United States and insist Barry Sotoero step down, we no longer have a Republic under rule of the Constitution. Therefore our current government is nothing more than Tyranny. I feel we have lost America. I hope only temporarily but fear it might be permanent. For this reason I began USAPatriots-shout. Because I believe we need to shout until this wrong is righted.

The Revolution Has Begun
April 15, 2009 tea parties from sea to shining sea and sunrise to sunset could best be described as America in action as permitted under the US Constitution! It was a day to make our hearts soar like an eagle! Shoulder to shoulder, with quiet determination, undaunted purpose and proud dignity, patriots made a clear and unmistakable statement! "Hell, no, we are not going to take it any longer."! They were silently shouting their commitment to restore America to the "Republic for which it stands. . .under God." Did you notice how well behaved and civilized every one in the crowds were? It was "pure poetry in motion."
Congratulations and THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to FOX NEWS for the fantastic, outstanding coverage it gave to the second most important historical American moment in the history of the 21 century! Sean Hannity, Glen Beck, Neil Cavuto, and Greta Sustern were there giving their blood and guts to reporting this absolutely prophetic movement. I have been having a difficult time writing these words because I am stopping to wipe the tears and snot from my face. Finally we are beginning to see the true fiber of America come forward after months of scathing humiliation and confusion created by Obama and his cheap, sleazy followers!
Yesterday's tea parties revealed more than Americans reclaiming America, The Republic.
It revealed the vile bile of some of the MSM attempting to demean and humiliate the tea parties and the brave people standing up and being counted. Did you notice another very unique item missing from the TV coverage of tea parties? Where among all the videos and photos broadcast on TV were there any signs asking about Obama's birth certificate, his eligibility, his failure to produce his back ground records, or mentions of all the indictments and law suits against him? Often what isn't said or shown says more than what is said!
It is only a matter of time if we fail in our efforts to remove Obama from the Whitehouse, we will all be at risk:

WASHINGTON – A newly unclassified Department of Homeland Security report warns against the possibility of violence by unnamed "right-wing extremists" concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singles . . ." (Could this be a violation of our first amendment, and other Contsitutional rights? Could this be more lining up of ducks to prepare to keep Obama in office as Dictator and complete his destruction of the Republic of America? Isn't this how fascism deals with their adversaries?)
Yesterday's tea parties kicked off a revolution that will not stop until Obama and the entire corrupt government is replaced by a new one of the choice by WE The People or the Obama government crushes via threat, intimidation, arrest, detainment, convolution, fraud, enslavement and death every patriot who believes this is America, A Republic under the rule of the Constitution of the United States as our fore fathers intended it to be.
The tea party is the first step in this revolution. They drew the line at the Alamo! Obama, Congress, the Senate, and the nine dishonorable Supremes have gotten away with raping the Constitution because most Americans like me, were too busy to learn the Constitution. They depended upon our ignorance to do as they please.
The second step in this revolution is to become armed and dangerous with knowledge of the US Constitution. Get a copy of the US Constitution. Read it. Learn it. Know it. Read it. Learn it Know it. Read it, Learn it. Know it. Become empowered with knowledge. Know it so well it will destroy ignorance and conquer the ignorant. Obama and his adversaries have no defense against the power of the US Constitution. They have no defense against millions who know, believe, and are committed to the laws of the constitution.

We Can No Longer Afford the Luxury of Ignorant Americans!

There is a silent rage in America that is growing louder by the hour. It is a rage over the flagrant violation by the current government of our Constitution making our Constitution obsolete and turning America into a tyranny run by thugs. Patriotic Americans across this nation are awakening and shouting. Hell, No! This is America and it can’t be happening. We won’t let it! Consequently, there are thousands of groups forming to take back America. USA Patriots supports these efforts and the returning of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. ----- America to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God. . . (Yes under God and not Allah) USAPatriots believe the first step to restoring America is the enlightenment of every American.
Howard Stern did an interview with several people in Harlem who bragged they were going to vote for Obama. The interviewer pretended John McCain’s entire political platform was Obama’s policies. Among the questions they were asked were; “Why are you voting for Obama? All of them said because they believed in his policies. Then were asked questions like do you agree with his pro life policy or that Sarah Palin will be his vice president? All of them said they agree with Obama’s policies on pro life and they had no problem with Sarah Palin as his vice president. The greatest asset of the Obama campaign was the ignorance of the Obama voters. America’s ignorance won Obama the election.

John Zieglar produced the video listed at the address above. It demonstrates the general ignorance of many of the people who voted for Obama. He states the reason for their ignorance is because of MSM’s reporting about the candidates. However, I believe there is a greater ignorance not the fault of MSM. This ignorance is the ignorance that voters for either candidate have. It is a basic ignorance of the United States Constitution and American’s basic rights. America has paid a monumental historic price due to a large percentage of ignorant Americans. America can no longer afford the luxury of ignorant Americans.
Without a fairly decent understanding of the Constitution, Americans have no means to recognize the government’s persistent and flagrant violations of the Constitution and the stealing of their American rights and freedoms. Americans need to get on the same page and agree. The one single most important document Americans can agree upon is the US Constitution. American ignorance of the Constitution and their rights is exactly what this government is depending upon to continue raping and violating and they hope—eventually make the Constitution obsolete. (If it is not already obsolete.)
American ignorance of the Constitution can be easily resolved. Every patriotic American can become powerful by replacing ignorance with true knowledge and absolute fact by the simple process of acquiring a copy and reading the US Constitution. Every Patriot should obtain a pocket copy of the Constitution to carry with him at all times to read where ever and when ever he finds himself with a few minutes of wait or other time. Americans will start reading them. Then they will start discussing the Constitution. Then they will become so informed Congress will no longer get away with raping and violating the Constitution and We the People will insist government work in our best interest and not its best interest. With a copy of the Constitution patriots will become armed and dangerous with the most powerful weapon on the planet—real knowledge and authority to prove it. Every American patriot will be empowered with facts, laws, and historic information.

Unite, Agree, Empower and Restore America
Now that the public knows the government refused to do a single action about establishing Obama’s eligibility for President, we must plan to take the next steps. Though it can not be answered in full detail nor can I address each and every ramification that will come forward as a result of what I am suggesting, but I will share a rough concept of what direction we can go. This concept is merely a point of departure that eventually will be refined by a master mind group after having researched and collected abundant information from all of us.
Here are a few key words—unite, simultaneously, terminate, agree, temporary replacement, new leadership, back to basics, enlighten and empower voters,
Goals: Restore America to the Republic under the Us Constitution
Maintain America’s Sovereignty
We must first unite in agreement the entire present government is acting in violation of the US Constitution and there fore must be terminated immediately from their positions before they do any more harm to America. This means Obama, Congress, Senate, and the 9 dishonorable Supremes must be terminated and replaced with people of good character. We must also empower the majority of voters with knowledge of the Constitution, their legal rights, and precisely what Constitutional laws Congress & Senate are violating, what policies without Constitutional authority they are passing, and why this is harmful to the majority of American citizens. (A lot of this is being done through the many web sites and bloggers. However only a limited number of voters actually obtain this information.)
We must simultaneously have ready temporary replacements with people of clean records, high moral character and integrity until America can have a new elections to either vote the temporary replacements permanently (within the limits of their terms) or seat new people.
After the new government is seated, the first job of Congress is to nullify, rescind, and dismantle every thing Obama has done from his first day in office. (Some of it may be too late, but it will have to work around it until balance is found.) Then Congress must spend time learning and studying the Constitution of America and restore all the laws America has broken in the Constitution either by repeal or declaration –however it must be done. Then America must declare its sovereignty and suggest all other countries do the same. (Like Robert Frost’s poem—Fences make good neighbors) From a position of sovereignty America can mend fences with other countries where possible, remain distant with others, and if need be go to war. However America should never enter any war unless she intends to totally win the war.
The question is how are “We the People” going to force “Them, the tyrannical government” to give up their positions of power? Obviously I don’t have the answer to that. However, I think we should start with—a grand jury or other type of orderly procedure – to indict the entire government and officially declare them guilty of holding their positions illegally since they are all under indictment for: treason, violation of the Constitution, aiding and abetting a usurper, violating their oath of office, breaching their fiduciary duties of office, etc. etc. etc. We need to promise them not only do we intend to remove them from office, but we intend to make them stand trail for their crimes, and pay fines, go to jail or both if found guilty. They will forever go down in history as the elected officials who betrayed their country. For those Congress people and Senators who decide to support and join “We the People” and do their jobs by demanding Obama produce his documents, etc—“We the People will grant them IMMUNITY. Possibly they will get to remain in their seats until their terms expire and thus leave honorably.
Instead of “tea parties” merely protesting their spending but still indirectly validating their seats as legal, we must agree and unite in one single purpose via any means of communication possible to demand the entire government resign or be terminated by WE the People for the above mentioned. This should be our one and only message beginning now until they are removed. We need to shout it on TV, Videos, Radio, at Rallies, On Signs, Bill boards, news paper ads, on inter net, protest marches, bumper stickers, and so on and on and on. If we shout loud enough, long enough—do you not think our numbers will grow and grow until we have become so loud they will have to concede so as to shut us up. Embarrass them. These elected officials need to be exposed.
This isn’t perfect but it’s a start. It’s a plan and a direction. I know there are many readers better educated and far brighter than I am. I hope they will add to the plan, refine it and we can begin yesterday!
