Zennis combines the slow and aware body movements of Tai-chi, as well as rhythmic breathing, centeredness, with movements and techniques required in tennis. Benefits include natural power, better timing and balance, and leads to more injury-free tennis. Zennis builds focus and concentration without effort. He played on the Satellite and Challenger Tours in India, Europe, and the Middle East, winning 2 titles.
