According to the criteria for Forbes magazine, written by Tom Van Riper, do you think Atlanta is the most miserable city in sports?

Criteria: The amount of misery points awarded depends on the round of playoff elimination: cities earn the most for losses in the Super Bowl, World Series, etc., and fewer as you go back in the postseason. We do add points for championship droughts: Buffalo, Cleveland and San Diego haven’t raised a trophy since the 1960s. And we’ll tack on a bonus point for losing a sport to another city through relocation, such as Atlanta losing the NHL (twice) and Kansas City and San Diego losing the NBA.

Is the reason that Atlanta sports receives a lot criticism deeper than sports?

How can Atlanta make sports entertainment more attractive?

Does the media play a part in the miserable perception of Atlanta Sports?

Is there a team (or player), currently in Atlanta, that can change the city's perception?

If Atlanta does not have the most miserable sports city, then which city does?
