In this week's show, Lorraine Whyte interviews Wendy Fry. Wendy is an Emotional Health and Love and Relationship Consultant who specialises in working with women and children. She teaches her clients new ways of thinking, sharing transformational techniques to release the past and create a future full of renewed confidence, self belief and love. Wendy is also the author of Find you Find Love, which is a book about getting to the heart of love and relationships using EFT. She is currently writing her second book called Mind the Gap which is about the relationship that we have with our mother.
Today, Wendy will share insights about her journey towards self-love. We will understand some of the issues that prevent us from fully loving and accepting ourselves. Wendy will also share a powerful exercise called the spotlight process which will help you to attract more love into your life when practiced regularly.
