Anna Kauppila is a seeker. An adventurer. An explorer. Of what you may ask? Of what makes YOU GLOW. Of what makes her glow. Of what makes them glow.SHE. MUST. KNOW.

Five years ago, sitting in her beautiful Manhattan apartment with all her pretty things, waiting for her “perfect” boyfriend to come home, she realized something that would change her life forever. Despite all the beautiful things, successful career and handsome boyfriend...she was MISERABLE. Why? She had all the makings to be happy. She knew she “should” be happy, but try as she might, finding happiness felt impossible – like traveling to Japan - on foot. 

The truth was that she had never asked herself “what makes me happy?” In fact, when people would ask her that question, she would freeze up and was unable to answer. Anna had been living a life she thought she “should” be living because she was listening to everyone BUT herself.  She was the ultimate people-pleasing-perfectionist. It did not make her happy. It had to stop.

After running into a co-worker who had had great results with a personal development course, Anna quickly enrolled. And then she did another course, and another, and another. She started laughing. Dancing. Doing yoga. She ended her relationship, moved out of her apartment, quit her job. And started a business. She danced more. And started singing. She did EVERYTHING that anyone invited her to do – in a personal quest to discover what makes her glow. 

And that’s Anna. She wants to know what makes YOU GLOW.  And she's going to share what makes her glow...Because maybe it’s something that would make all of us glow.  And isn’t that what life is all about?  Finding your inner glow. SHE. MUST. KNOW.
