Next, from 12:05-12:25, we will be hearing from General William Wallace, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command commanding general, assumed the duties of Commander, United States Army Training and Doctrine Command on October 13, 2005, after serving as the Commanding General, United States Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth. As head of TRADOC, Gen. Wallace has a direct role in the training of today's Soldiers in a battlefield increasingly influenced by science and technology. Gen. Wallace will discuss today's training environment and the role of science and technology.
