Dr. Alan Keyes and the Fair Tax Plan

As April 15th approaches, many Americans have just one thing one their minds - taxes. Wouldn't it be wonderful if April 15th were just another beautiful day in spring? Dr. Alan Keyes, candidate for President, believes we can make that happen. He suggests that we can not only abolish the income tax altogether, but replace it with a plan that provides enough revenue to run an efficient government, that is simple enough for common folks to understand, and is not an undue burden on the taxpayer.
