My background includes 15 years of experience in the affordable housing field as Co-Founder of Real Friends and Affordable Housing Network; as well with my involvement with Home Ownership and Mortgage Education “HOME”. I also created a program called “Loan Arranger” packaging the family’s information for a loan and working with other Mortgage Brokers as a “Packager.” I have studied Trust systems, Corporation systems and other financial tools used by the wealthy for asset protection and building wealth. Having an understanding of the MyHUT Land Trust and Participating Debentures will prove invaluable in this venture. Learning of Ontology in my participation in Landmark Education has me operating as a Business and Spiritual Life Coach showing the way to take full responsibility of one's life. I teach Stewardship vs. Ownership based on the teachings of the Bible/Torah that says that when Man was created he was given dominion over the Earth. I always say that "Ownership is a liability and Stewardship is a responsibility”.
