Hi there and welcome! :-)

"Una & Friends" is a radio talk show on Business and Personal Development topics on Tuesdays 6.30-7.15pm UK /1.30-2.15pm EST.

Each show has one or more guests who share their stories and expertise. Listeners can call in from a landline or their computer and take part in the show chat room. Details for each show are listed below, further down the page.

    When I first came across Irene I couldn’t believe it – almost like one the characters from the book, alive and right in front of me! I love Irene’s philosophy on life and dancing and how the two intertwine. Join us to find out how.

    Irene is a salsa champion, fitness instructor, professional dancer, teacher, choreographer and performer. Irene combines a lifetime’s experience of dance and fitness with a profound desire to help individuals to reach their goals and improve their lives. She is ideally qualified to have co-created a training programme and system that does more than just help you to dance better.

    Irene began dance training at 6 yrs in Argentina learning ballet, jazz and contemporary dance. Since beginning salsa in 1993 Irene has worked with Robert Charlemagne, Homero Gonzalez, Leon Rose, Tamambo, Susana Montero, SuperMario, Laith Sami and a host of others.

    How true! Yet not something that many consider on a day-to-day basis when rushing from one activity to another, multi-tasking and hardly taking time to breathe.
