Hi there and welcome! :-)

"Una & Friends" is a radio talk show on Business and Personal Development topics on Tuesdays 6.30-7.15pm UK /1.30-2.15pm EST.

Each show has one or more guests who share their stories and expertise. Listeners can call in from a landline or their computer and take part in the show chat room. Details for each show are listed below, further down the page.

    Each week Una discusses a theme from the book, may have guests and looks forward to speaking with listeners about their experiences, answering the questions and providing guidance.

    Other's Opinions Today's show focuses on how other people's opinions may hold you back from what you really want to do in life. How do they affect you? How can you recognise the signs that this is happening? Most importantly, what are the different ways to overcome being overly concerned with what others think so you can get on with your life?

    Una began authoring the book when as a keen salsa dancer (maybe even addict!) she noticed how several friends and clients' dancing improved as they were making major shifts in their own personal and professional lives.
