Championship Special...and the beat goes on. Wow...what a weekend of NFL Playoff football! The underdogs just a keep on winnin' and home field isn't amounting to much this year. Which means that I blew another week of picks...lol! So far, like many folks who watch the NFL (ahem...) I've been correct about one playoff game. Fortunately for me, that one game was the one my team, the Bears, played in. Hehehe! If you gotta get one out of 8 right, it might as well be that one. Jet's ending the Patriot mystique and mission...wow! Packers whipping the Falcons at home, where Matt Ryan had been unbeatable...double wow! Then we have the match-up of the ages next week in the Bears-Packer, longest running rivalry in sports, NFC Championship showdown. All this and more on tomorrow (Friday) night's 'Let's Talk NFL!!!' Playoffs!!!Welcome back, Sports Fans! We're in full-blown Playoff Mode and the games they are a'rollin'!!!! First of all, a disclaimer... While I may know a lot about football (and I do)...there is a reason that the entire foundation of the game is based on the fact that you have to play the games. In other words, 'On Any Given Sunday'. Last weeks games were a perfect example of that. Only ONE home team won. In the playoffs! That is correct... EVERY SINGLE FAVORITE LOST! When was the last time that happened in the NFL? Needless to say, we will be covering all of those angles...all of the new coaching angles...as well as the rather obtuse angle of the NFL soap opera now known as 'As The Bronco Churns', which seems to have taken on a life of it's own, despite being the 2nd worst team in the NFL! Four games left...and about four episodes left of our first Tygertalk NFL radio show as well. Wildcard PlayoffsWelcome Ladies and Gentlemen, Sports Fans and Sport Fiends; Welcome to Tygertalk's 'End of the Regular Season/Playoff Special' episode for your consumption and enjoyment. We've weathered the NFL storms, survived the trampling of zebras (ahem), been lofted, lifted, and brought crashing to Earth in some cases (hi Denver fans!)....but here we are, standing none the less. Another NFL season has come to a glorious end, and considering the state of the Players Union, Management, and the CBA, this may be the last NFL season for quite a while. So we shall savor the moment. Due to the fast-changing, slippery slope of NFL news at this time of year, I have decided to re-schedule the show for this Thursday rather than the usual Tuesday time slot. There are so many coaching changes and news going on that I didn't want redundant commentary on stories that may end up breaking mere hours after showtime. My wonderful co-host, Sheree, and I will be discussing, in our usual carefree, first amendment protected manner, all of the final games, brief thumbnails of the various states of the various franchises, coaching changes, rumors, and otherwise...as well as an in-depth peek at all of the upcoming wild-card games this coming weekend and our usual priceless picks and legendary commentary and analysis. Congrats to all of the teams that remain. The beautiful thing about the NFL playoffs is that it's a one and done scenario. Win and you're in...lose and you're gone. In a single elimination format...anyone could get the Superbowl ring. Anyone. All of that and more in our Final Regular Season show, this Thursday, 10pm EST, 7pm PST on blogtalkradio.com Bring your peanuts and pom-poms, this is IT!!! Week 17Hello sports fans, and welcome back to our universally acclaimed NFL radio show!!! (the crowd roars) Another week of body-slammin', TD rammin' action is in the books and we are one step closer to America's Holy Week...aka 'The Playoffs'!! ;-) Somehow the Pack snuck back in the picture, Chicago and New England continue to dominate, and the Falcons blew a HUGE game. The Ravens and the Chiefs clinched spots, the Chargers are O*U*T of the playoffs for the first time in years, and the Colts barely hung on while the Jaguars smoke-and-mirror offense couldn't pull another rabbit out of the hat with Drew-Jones out for the game. Lots of storylines, lots of drama, and lots of football action as we close in on 'The Big Party'. Truly, my favorite time of the NFL year!!! My gracious co-host, Sheree, and I will be covering all that and more tonight at 10pm EST, 7pm PST at our usual football watering hole, blogtalkradio.com. Only a few more shows to go, so you won't want to miss these peak-of-the-season episodes. Specific topics tonight will include all of the above AND Tim Tebow Watch. He did pretty well against Houston and I've got an analysis to give (sans bullshit and man-crushes). The Bears will get a whole lotta love tonight, as they deserve it and the rest of the NFL is a'scared o' dem. As many as TEN (10) head coaching vacancies could be up for grabs this year, and we'll get into that a bit too. Teams that have things to look forward to next year, and teams that need to stock up on crying towels is also shaping up. And I may even read some of my lovely hate mail that fans send me...lol! All that and more tonight on "Let's Talk NFL!!!" Be there or punt on 4th down. ;-)02:02:00TygerTalknoNFL,playoffs,Chicago Bears,Green Bay Packers,Tim TebowHello sports fans, and welcome back to our universally acclaimed NFL radio show!!! Philly created two miracles to stay on top of the NFC East... Yeah, we got a ton of stories for listeners this week. Not to mention the jump-starting (literally) of the Tebow Era in Denver. I will have a very special, very accurate, and very in-depth analysis of the T-Bone tomorrow night. All that and our weekly game breakdowns and picks for next week, which will SURELY add even more teams to the playoff picture. Tuesday night, 7pm PST, 10 pm EST at blogtalkradio.com. Be there! When confronted with law, logic, and common-sense, they launch themselves into a manic rage while screaming obscenities at you, throw you out of their homes (if they have one that is), and call you 'hater', 'evil', and a host of other terms, all at decibel levels that would drown out a jet airliner. I have found it to be utterly impossible to have a lucid logical conversation with them, unless it's alien abduction, reptiles in human skin posing as Republicans, or exactly how Dick Cheney pulled off 9/11, without them acting like little brat children...which is exactly what they are. They do not observe traffic laws, civil laws, or even constitutional laws. To the liberal, their mood of the moment is the law. Why? There are several reasons that I have deduced. I will thumbnail a few of them here. * They do not believe in any God or higher power. Liberals see themselves as God and everyone else as the product of a chemical petri-dish. * Law means nothing to them. Law is for everyone else, not for them. * They feed their minds a steady diet of perversion, anti-social behavior, and conspiracy theories. Most of it originated in Hollywood by the largest homosexual community in history. You ARE what you eat, after all. * They hate anything that disagrees with their perverse world-view. They deny everything and anything that doesn't go along with their anti-human, anti-social, and ego-centric psychosis'. * They lie about all of the above. For tonight's Tygertalk Radio Show, 7pm PST, 10pm EST, I'm going to be explaining these reason for liberal madness and depravity in detail, and relying on my own personal experiences of having lived amongst them for far too long. As usual, I guarantee shock, laughs, and a good time. See you there! 02:04:00TygerTalknoliberal,mentally-ill,morality,New Age,conservativeIf there is one thing that defines the "New Age" liberal, it is their ability to lie, lie, lie until they die, die, die...and then they even lie about that.Let's Talk NFL!!! So tell your friends! Bring your neighbors! Pop some popcorn! As soon as Tyger schedules the show and provides the link, I will be updating this blog with it. In the meantime... Join Tyger and I as we discuss NFL football!!! (and the crowd goes wild!) Top story (for me): My Dolphins did what in NY? Oh yeah, they WON. Hey I'll take a sloppy win over a brilliant loss, any day. :) Just ask Carroll if he had a nice trip... oopssss... Washington seems unable to *snap* their losing streak (haha?). At least they are finding more and more creative and entertaining ways to do it. And Detroit... w00t! It might go down as the most boring win in history, but a win is a win, right? At least, that's what I was told when I woke up. Or maybe that was the Buffalo win? It seems that Denver bailing their players out of jail does nothing to intimidate the... Cardinals? OMG. That's what I get for breaking my never-picking-Denver-again rule. Serves me right. Guess what? I AM NEVER PICKING DENVER AGAIN. And I mean it this time! I think my kid's 100 lb 11 year old football team could run up the score on them. Regarding Baltimore at Houston, I don't know what was funnier... Baltimore blowing a 21 point lead, or Houston blowing it in overtime by throwing a pick-6. Vote now!!! I hear the Metrodome will be available for rent for snowball fights and ice skating. Look for ads in the coming weeks. So be there, or be left out in the cold, cold world, with nothing to keep you warm at night but a busted inflatable roof and the tears of Brett Favre... Vol. XIV, Week 13Welcome back, Sports Fans! It's time for another weekly installment of 'Let's Talk NFL!!!' by Tyger and Sheree! This week we've got a lot on tap, since we are only four weeks away from playoff time. And that will be the main storyline that Sheree and I will cover. We went to the Dolphin - Brown game, as I said on my last show, and had a blast! It would have been better if the Fins' had won the game, but such is life in the NFL. We'll be talking about it (the Dolphins problems), as well as the never ending 'As The Stomach Churns' drama/tragedy/comedy out in Broncoland. I've never seen such a losing franchise generate so many headlines... I'm also going to break down the Pittsburgh Steelers. For those of you that watched the game, I am wondering if you were as sickened as I was watching 'I-Flash-My-Wee-Wee-In-Public' Ben Rothlisberger cheat his way to another victory. Non-calls over three intentional grounding passes can take you far in this league. Ben has officially moved to the top of Tyger's NFL Hate List. Too bad too, I liked the Steelers....well, respected them. And what has happened to Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts?! My, my, my... Also, we've got a ton of killer matchups next week, including what could very well be a preview of this years Superbowl. To wit: the New England Patriots at the Chicago Bears. Brady vs. Cutler in a showdown of franchise QB's. Won't want to miss this one! And I am bringing a very special guest on for this show...Sheree's husband Steve. He's a New England fan and from Boston, and since 'The Showdown' next week is Pats vs. Bears, I simply can't resist. Hehehe! As always, it's at blogtalkradio.com, Tuesday nite, 7pm PST, 10pm EST. Originally, this story was a yawner to me. But it has taken on a life of its own. My position is basically the same as the frustration I have with people's behavior towards the bloggers on myspace. I'm not getting it. Dick Morris gets it. Certain media outlets are getting it. But here you guys are ONCE AGAIN agreeing with Hillary Clinton and the damn liberals...ONCE AGAIN!!!! Clue #1: If you are agreeing with Hillary Clinton....then you're wrong. If you and Harry Reid see eye to eye....then you are wrong. If you happen to agree with Eric Holder....then you're brain dead. And this is EXACTLY what the majority of the lot of you have done regarding these wikileaks. What HAS ACTUALLY HAPPENED is that someone, and I don't give a flying squirrel crap who it turned out to be, has EXPOSED what the Democrats have been up to. They are NOT leaking nuclear secrets to North Korea, ala Bubba Clinton. They ARE NOT leaking troop positions, deployments, and strength, ala Jack Murtha. What they ARE LEAKING is the underhand dirty tricks, felonies, and out-and-out spying that Hillary and the rest of the Obama administration is doing. Yet many good and decent conservatives are calling this guy a 'terrorist' for doing so. You will note that not a single wikileak has implicated Bush or Cheney. I'm really getting tired of conservatives being continually manipulated by knee-jerk cretins that are able to run you guys around like mice after cheese. It's embarrassing. Once again the liberals have tricked you guys into supporting their gangster agendas. You just aren't getting it. However, we can thank the 1st Amendment, freedom of speech, and freedom of the press that I can set you straight and we can continue to crush these liberal maggots like the vermin they truly are. Vol. XIIWell, Sports Fans, week 13, game 12 is in the can and the playoffs are getting clearer than ever. In the AFC the Chargers continue to surge late season, as they always seem to do, although the Chiefs continue to pace the pack in the AFC West; the Pats and Jets continue their winning ways, same with Steelers and Ravens, and Manning and the Colts continue to tumble, but thanks to a weak division, are still in first place. Over in the NFC, my Bears have separated themselves from the Pack (literally) and are in sole possession of first place after thumping one of the hottest teams in the NFL. Those of you that continue to bash Jay Cutler may well be eating your words the rest of this season. Two losing teams are tied for first place in the NFC Worst, and the Falcons continue to be the headline story in the league. Despite mediocre play, the Giants have managed to climb back into the hunt, the Skins appear to have dropped out of it, and the Saints and Bucs are making moves, although the Bucs aren't making the moves they would like at this juncture. Also, somehow, someway, Josh McCheat and the Denver Broncos have managed to create new headlines, even with one of the worst records in the NFL. Spygate II. Oh my, how far and how fast this franchise has fallen. All this and more will be on tap in tomorrow night's Tygertalk NFL Radio Show. Tuesday night, 7pm PST, 10pm EST, at blogtalkradio. It's heating up as we get toward the playoffs, so be sure to tune in and call me with your team accolades, whines, and observations. All fans are welcome. Bet you thought I’d disappeared into the bowels of the NBA…didn’t you? Ha! Never happen. It just so happens that I’ve been taking a much needed hiatus from the libtard hellhole known as Yelm, Washington, and have been out here in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, thanks to my wonderful co-host, Sheree…and having a literal blast with her and her wonderful family. Anyway…..on to the Sports Page! Wow! It’s been two whole weeks since we last did the NFL radio show, so we have a LOT to catch up on. First and foremost, I want to tell you guys and gals, that as per Sheree/Zoobee’s last blog, we DID go to the Dolphin/Bear game at Sun Life Stadium here in Miami and saw the game. And what a game it was. We had a roaring good time. And without even having to drink a drop of beer…WHO KNEW! lol! I even got to pose for pics with the hottest cheerleaders in the NFL, the ‘Finnettes’. On this weeks show (Tues nite) Sheree and I will be telling you guys all about it, but since it’s all rather passe for her and I was the newbie,…I’ll be doing the color for this one. And boy, oh boy….what color. Nothing finer than seeing 20,000 hot chicks in skimpy NFL attire in late November. Wooo Hoo! There were nearly as many Bear fans in the stands as there were Dolphin fans…so many in fact, that I got to provide ‘play-by-play’ commentary for two hot chicks sitting next to me in Bear attire. Thank you Kim and Judy…MUAH! “Are you a coach?” LOL! Needless to say, Tyg had a great time. Onward and upward…the season is getting close to the stretch drive and the wheat is getting separated from the McChaff…errr, chaff. (Sorry Bronco fans…couldn’t resist) We can now see pretty much who is most likely to be there in the post season and who is not. We’re gonna discuss that hot and heavy in the show. Of course, we’ll also be covering last weeks games in depth, and doing our weekly picks for next week’s slate of games. Remember, Tuesday night, 7pm PST, 10pm EST. 02:04:00TygerTalknoNFL,Chicago Bears,Miami Dolphins, playoff,Week 11Welcome back, Sports Fans!!! This week's show is going to cover our usual analysis of the week's games, and will also include a special feature on the state of the AFC West, once one of the toughest divisions in pro football that has fallen on hard times recently. Who would have thought the San Diego Chargers would be 2-5? Who would have ever thought that the Oakland Raiders would put up nearly 60 points on the Denver Broncos at home? And KC leads the division? Is this Earth or have I been transported to Mars? I will be doing a special segment on what has turned out to be a turning point game for a franchise I happen to know quite a bit about, the Denver Broncos. We will talk about Josh McDaniels. We will talk about Bronco fans. And we will talk about Tim Tebow...at length. I have managed to procure some rather interesting inside information about these three topics that fans should find interesting, especially if you follow the AFC West at all. Heartbreakers...Miami and Minnesota, this is for you guys, and we will address that too. Brett Farve has gone from Superman to Ronald McDonald. The Dolphins can't win at home, no matter what it would seem, and the Chicago Bears are in serious trouble if they don't fix things in a hurry. Are the Redskins headed for the playoffs under NFL guru Mike Shanahan? Come find out. As per usual, I will be lamenting the lack of logical coaching throughout most of this league. Of course, Sheree and I will also preview next week's slate of games and make our picks. She beat me by a game last week, lol! New Orleans Saints and Drew Brees? All this and more will be on the table tommorrow (Tuesday) night at 7pm PST, 10pm EST for your NFL enjoyment. His latest gaffe? He honestly believes that blacks are going to determine this election. That's right, he thinks that 13% of our nation's population is going to swing the election. He goes to a black college, and a whopping 5000 people show...and that doesn't count the naked guy. Meanwhile, Dick Cheney does an interview in the conservative enclave of Bakersfield, California(?)and over 10,000 people show. 5000 blacks show for Pee-bo. 10000 Californians show for Dick Cheney. Folks, the Dems are getting their asses handed to them on the 4th. Math never lies, liberals do. Let us count the ways: Pee-bo counts every black in the tiny crowds he plays to. Joe Biden counts how many times he's called business owners 'ungrateful bastard'. Hillary Clinton is counting wrinkles. Michelle Obama counts how many extravagant vacations she takes in a year. Nancy Pelosi counts her IQ, and all on one hand. Harry Reid can't count at all...not even on his own son. The Democrat Black Caucus is counting how many members have been indicted. George Soros is counting all the money he's saving by bailing out. Bill Clinton is counting how many times he's dipped his cigar in Jewish girls. I think you get the point. Tyger to Pee-bo: It's a political race, you damn moron...not racial politics. It is not. Some people think it is a flash-in-the-pan publicity stunt that is composed of a few crazy radicals. It is not. Some people think the Tea Party is run by Sarah Palin. It is not. The thing that has intrigued me most about the Tea Party is how it has been so grossly misunderstood....even by members of my own party. The Tea Party is not a party at all, it turns out. It's a movement. It is the FIRST organized, grassroots social movement composed of regular, average, day-to-day people....Lenin would call them 'the working class', since the Civil War. That's one reason it scares the living crap out of liberals. What you are seeing with the Tea Party is that for the first time in my half-century of life, what President Nixon called "The Silent Majority" has not only stood up, but taken to the streets. This is so unprecedented that I am hard pressed to find a parallel. The French Revolution? Is this a purely 'Republican' movement? I do not think so....because the primary election evidence I have seen thus far is that Republicans have been the FRIST to fall. Think about that. The Tea Party voter means business.....they are ALL getting thrown out. It's just that the Democrats will hit the pavement with a louder thud. I have prayed, written, screamed, yelled, and threatened for this to happen. And I'm far from being the only one. And now it is. The American people are finally realizing the power of a very few, yet very energetic radicals can do to a nation. The far-left. Well, guess what, ladies and gentlemen? The 800-lbs gorilla just woke up. This...and more...is going to be the topic of tommorrow (Thursday, 7pm PST) nights Tygertalk radio show. The show will be dedicated to discussing last week's games, making picks for this coming week's games (I picked every upset last week but one), and focusing on four teams in detail. To wit: The Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos, and Washington Redskins. I will explore in depth the connections between these four teams, and how these connections are affecting their 2010 performances so far. In short, how Denver coach Josh McDaniels decisions have affected them as they all proceed through the season. There have been major surprises so far, with more to come. We will also discuss any and all teams that my various callers wish or are fans of. It's not limited to just those four by any means. As always, I will bring my experience, wit, wisdom, and unique perspective to the topics. My regular listeners already know I hold nothing back, and you can expect the same level of excellence and fun on this show that you've enjoyed on my previous discussions.
