According to http://michaelannland.blogspot.com/2008/04/winter-shelters-close-homeless.html there has been alot of homeless shelter that are closed down. Some people have been homeless due to socio-economical deprivation, pandering/peonage and other abusive situations. Although these acts are illegal it has happened. Please be apart of the solution of an ongoing problem: the need for those people to try again. This would entail daily sustainance and atleast an efficieny apartment that may give the homeless the protection or security that they need as it protects others in there doma. Hence, the homeless will still have a place to occupy and it will keep the peace. If someone or a company could build the number of efficiencies that corresponds to the number of homeless in each city it will only meet the needs and prevent squating on our inheritances. According to http://www.cdc.gov/eid/content/14/9/1353.htm the rate of disease that spreads through the homeless spreads. Therefore it will be more efficient for the funding to be used in the one bedroom efficiencies that will include the washer/dryer, living room and bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances for the mini-kitchen (not a mini refrigerator) with solar panels to conserve energy and all electric. I also believe that occupants should be able to stay until their salary is comparable to those with other qualify for other living arrangements. Lastly, I believe that scanners should be used at every entrance to detect illegal illicit drugs or narcotics. According to http://www.sarpwi.com/info.html, 50-75% of women in substance abuse treatment programs are survivors of sexual violence. According a http://www.sarpwi.com/info.html, homeless man charged with rape, robbery and kidnapping.
