After 12 weeks, researchers find that fat of those who play football decreases by 3.7 percent and increases muscle by 2 kilograms.while the jogger only have 2 percent in fat reduction and their muscle didn't increase distinctively.However,the two terms of the sportless showed little variation.
The researchers analyzed that, though the average heart rate of those who play football is the same as that of joggers,but football players` cardiac function fully exercised because playing football needed to use explosive force.The researchers also found that joggers often had a sense of exhaustion, while it less happened on football players.

Cruz, Dhoop,the head of the independent research group said:"People get more pleasure when playing football,they are more concentrated on the score and the cooperation in teamwork instead of fatigue or muscular pain.As a result, we can conclude that playing football is more helpful for body-building than jogging indeed.
