Help us celebrate a living legend named Dorethia Livsey. A racial barrier breaker for all of her life. Only she could make Harriet Tubman look simply like a hostess at your local Waffle House. For Dorethia has penetrated racial barriers of all kinds. From being the first black woman at Georgia Power Company in the mid 1970', to being appointed Gwinnett County's first minority Juror Commissioner in 1990. However, if you asked her today what is she most proud of, she will tell you, her ability to raise my five children in a world of prejudiced and to teach them to ignore any of all those social limitations in their lives So, share a moment with all of the nation, by simply saying, "Happy Birthday Dorethia" !!!!
